Our method is grounded in advanced diagnostic and planning technologies, supported by a highly specialized team, and clear communication. This ensures that you and our team are fully aligned throughout the entire process. At GrandDent, we guide you through every step of your treatment, ensuring you have all the information you need for a successful outcome.”

Your First Appointment

The primary goal of your first appointment is to thoroughly understand your concerns, pains, and desires while gaining a complete picture of your current dental and medical condition. This process, called Initial Documentation, will take around 30 minutes. During this time, we collect comprehensive data, including portrait and intra-oral photos, both in image and video formats.

We’ll also perform an intra-oral scan, take a DICOM (3D x-ray) to assess bone structure or detect potential infections, and record your specific jaw motion patterns to evaluate any functional issues. Our aim is not only to address immediate concerns but also to ensure your long-term health and vitality. This thorough documentation helps us identify visible and hidden issues, paving the way for a personalized treatment plan.

Second Visit: Personalized Design and Treatment Plan

We believe in starting with the end in mind. Just as building a house begins with measurements and a 3D blueprint, our treatment process follows a similar approach. Through this patient-centered method, we analyze the bigger picture, identifying root causes, assessing how they impact your overall health, and determining the best solutions.

We create a custom smile design based on natural morphology, perfectly harmonizing with your facial features and personal preferences. Before we begin any procedure, you’ll have the opportunity to preview and try on your new smile to ensure it aligns with your vision. This personalized design serves as our roadmap for the treatment journey, enabling us to plan everything in advance for efficient and timely appointments.

Transparent Pricing

We offer a free consultation for your first visit, where we thoroughly explain all documentation procedures. The costs for any necessary images, scans, DICOM, X-rays analysis will be clearly outlined from the start of your appointment.

At GrandDent, we believe in complete transparency, which is why we provide a fixed treatment rate to ensure there are no hidden fees or unexpected costs. After the initial documentation, you’ll receive a detailed breakdown of your treatment plan and associated costs, so you can move forward with confidence.

Sticking to the Plan

From day one, you’ll be assigned your personal “treatment architect,” who will oversee every aspect of your experience at GrandDent. This expert will assemble a dedicated team of specialists tailored to your unique dental needs, ensuring each phase of your treatment is managed by professionals with the right expertise.

Depending on the complexity of your case, one or more technicians may actively assist, ensuring every detail is covered by the most competent experts.

Coordinated with Care

We are committed to making your journey with us stress-free. You’ll have a personal treatment coordinator who will handle everything from scheduling procedures to managing logistics. Your coordinator will be your go-to person for any questions and will ensure that all aspects of your visits run smoothly and efficiently.

Our Maintenance Commitment

Our dedication to your oral health doesn’t end when your treatment is complete. You’ll have continued access to your digital dental records, so you can always refer back to your treatment history. For local patients, we are happy to schedule regular check-ups to maintain your oral health. We understand life can get busy, so we also offer reminders to ensure you never miss an appointment.
